Meet Alison

Alison graduated from New York University with a doctorate in physical therapy after receiving her B.S. in biological sciences and gerontology from Mount St. Mary’s University. As a former gymnast, she experienced chronic pain at a young age and tried various modalities. John F. Barnes Myofascial Release was the first method that had effective, long-lasting results. After her first course in 2003, it became the foundation of her treatment philsophy as a physical therapist. Alison's personalized approach starts with actively listening to each individual's story and understanding their unique goals. Beyond clinical expertise, her patience and compassion offer a supportive environment, guiding clients toward optimal well-being.
